MS Windows 9x
Two years' experience installing, using and troubleshooting Windows 95, slightly less time with Windows 98 on a home PC. Includes administration of departmental peer-to-peer network and resource sharing.

MS Windows 3.x and MS DOS
Seven years' experience working daily with Windows 3.x running under DOS 5/6. Post as Computing Support Assistant included regular troubleshooting under these operating systems.

Other Operating Systems
Some experience with UNIX, Mac System 6 and VMS systems. No longer current but could be refreshed.
